The Matrix
Japan (1982)
The untold story: Kodachrome II was a great colour film for capturing vibrant colours, including those in the dank, greenly lit subway of Tokyo. We've all been there - the commute to work in a shapeless mass of people. However, in the era this photo was taken, you could still smoke on the Tokyo underground, so the experience must have been even more intense.
