The untold story: As part of a night time collection of photos from Berlin, then West Berlin, my Grandad made multiple visits to Germany, often to visit relatives.
The camera he used wasn’t suited to nighttime photography, leading to heavy grain, often over or underexposed images which means many interesting photographs seen in the collection are not able to be used as prints.
